Well it's 4 pm and time for another battle! This is the REV coming at you again. Did anyone hear what the Canadian Senate wants? They are actually talking about legalizing Marijuana. Cool huh!!! I thought so. We will see what happens I reckon. We have all heard them before make statements that you take with a grain of salt. Let's see about this one and what action follows.

I would like to say that I do not agree with them when they say the age should be 16 though. You can't smoke cigarettes at 16 so why would you led kids smoke pot at that age. Or are they going to lower the age for smoking too. That doesn't make sense to me in any way shape or form. Someone not thinking straight there. Or, maybe they want to rile more people up against pot.

Especially the non-smokers! Now there is a subject of discussion but not one I want to get into right now. What I would like to talk about is why so many smokers don't come out of the closet. Pot smokers that is. I think some don't because of being labeled a drug addict. Others I know because they could be fired from their jobs. I can't blame them myself. It is called self-preservation.

We all have to do what we must do in our lives to survive the best we can. We can also do things to benefit the fight of pot. Write letters to the government and all other politicians whether federal provincial or city governments. Send them anonymously but let them here your views and opinions. Tell them how you really feel and let it carry on from there. It is about time we started telling our governments that we want our pot so give it to us.

You poison us with alcohol and cigarettes. And all the other chemicals that we ingest in different ways during the course of our day so why should we not be able to ingest a natural product like marijuana. Do they want to keep us from using our brains by getting us drunk and stupid. Alcohol will if enough is drank kill you and could. On the other hand who dies from an overdose of marijuana. Nobody that I know of.

People function pretty good on pot but not so on alcohol. After enough alcohol the brain goes crazy or ceases to function at all and all of your motor skills are useless. Speech, hearing co-ordination etc. etc.. Blackouts occur too in some cases. The mind gets poisoned. Now all you pot smokers know that you get chilled on pot and relax and you enjoy that. Also I bet you enjoy no hangovers. No headaches, queasy stomach cold sweats. I know I do.

Which brings me back to what I was talking about. All those that smoke pot and enjoy it, maybe write or phone those powers that be and voice your opinion. You don't have to have a bunch of people put themselves out in the forefront to do battle but the power of those behind the leaders would add to the strength of all. So think about it and do what you must do and so will I .
